Here’s how to get the best experience from each of our products.
Wax Melts
• Break off 1–2 pieces and place them into your wax warmer or burner dish.
• Use an unscented tealight or switch on your electric warmer.
• Allow the melt to liquefy and gently fill your room with fragrance.
• When the scent begins to fade, let the wax cool and simply remove it before adding a new melt.
Reed Diffusers
• Remove the cap and carefully insert the reeds.
• After the first 24 hours, flip the reeds to help the fragrance begin dispersing.
• Turn the reeds weekly to keep the scent fresh.
• Place your diffuser in a well-ventilated area, away from radiators and direct sunlight.
• Use a coaster to protect delicate surfaces.
Hoover Discs
• Pop one disc into your vacuum’s filter, bag or compartment.
• Replace every 2–3 weeks or when the fragrance fades.
• Do not place directly on carpets or hard floors.
• Not suitable for robotic or mini handheld vacuums.
Room Spray
• Shake gently before each use.
• Spray 2–4 bursts into the centre of the room for an instant fragrance boost.
• Avoid spraying directly onto furniture, walls or fabrics.
• Keep away from open flames, children and pets during use.
Carpet Freshener
• Lightly sprinkle over your carpet, rug or car mats.
• Leave for 10–20 minutes to settle and absorb odours.
• Vacuum thoroughly to reveal a fresh, clean scent.
• Always patch-test on a hidden area first.
• Do not use on damp carpets.
